Subject: 7 week results!
Hi Julie, I thought I'd brag on Oxycise! I am a 40 year old mother of three who is hypothyroid. I began Oxycise! on February 5th. I saw about a 4 inch loss in the first four weeks. Then three weeks ago I did the Three-Day Cleanse and things really started happening. Since March 2nd I have lost 13 pounds and an additional 11 inches for a total of 15 inches lost!!! I have been eating really good since the cleanse and usually have a daily "A" average, but sometimes a "B". I have had lots less headaches of any kind (including sinus!) and I think that's partly due to very little, if any, dairy. My teenage daughter told me my hair and hands look younger. I don't know about that, but I sure do feel GREAT for probably the first time in my life. I have three dress sizes to go before I'm where I want to be, but I feel healthier than I did when I was thin. Hope this helps motivate all those "breathers" out there!!

"Although I did lose some inches on Bodyflex [another breathing program], the scale refused to budge. Even with drinking tons of water and cutting down on red meat. With Oxycise! I am finding it easier on my body. I have high intraocular pressure at the present and had to quit Bodyflex due to some of the positions. I have done Oxycise! for one week and I can't believe how different I feel. I actually feel like I did something aerobic instead of wheezing. My heart rate never got above 90 with Body Flex but with Oxycise! it gets up to the 100's and I actually sweat a little if I do it right. The Bodyflex is a good program but this is much better at educating you about the system and it is SAFER! I have a hard time losing weight to begin with but I'm not losing hope yet. I have a hypothyroid condition and pounds DO NOT MELT OFF ME. But the toning that I have witnessed is phenomenal with OXYCISE! I also work night shift as an RN and it is so great to go into the break room and do the basic breath for about 15 minutes, then I eat my lunch. I LOVE IT. As RN's we educate our patients about deep breathing for stress management and for asthma but HALLELUJAH! Finally a program that I can design for ME! I have passed the OXYCISE! WEBSITE out to family and friends and told them that Jill's program is a MUST! I didn't feel this way after doing Body Flex although I was getting in more oxygen . . ."
"The program is wonderful--I have lost 13 pounds and 25" in about 8 weeks, which with my metabolism is wonderful!!!!! I have done food combining for about 4 of those weeks and of course that seems to aid the progress.
